New School Start time for 2020-2021 School Year!!!!

Marvin School will start at 7:45 next year.  Dismissal time will be 2:35. Please start making plans for the upcoming school year.

Attendance Notice

Did you know that children can suffer academically if they miss 10 percent of the school year?  That's just 18 days throughout the school year or 2 to 3 days a month!!  The days can add up before you know it!!

  • Absences in the early in the school year are detrimental to the foundation teachers are building for your children.
  • While I do expect you to keep your child home when they are sick, students they can fall behind academically when they miss too much school - regardless of the reason.
  • Perfect attendance is rewarded on a monthly basis.
  • Chronically absent or chronically tardy letters are sent home monthly.
