Here's the most successful way for parents to get help about the wifi not working.  They need to say they are a Norwalk Public School parent and say they are trying to access the optimumwifi.  There's a Spanish option when they call too.
 

Parents can call 866-200-9522 to register Chromebook onto optimumwifi.
